HOW - the Methodology

The LearningStartup approach merges the most recent hands-on methodologies for support to entrepreneurship. Participant’s objective is to create a profitable, repeatable and scalable Business Model before writing a business plan. The start-up repeatedly iterates to test its Business Model assumptions :

    product and customer profiles (Value Proposition) to get to Product/Market Fit;
    production organisation (Value Creation), customer development (Value Delivery), profit model (Value Capture) to get to a fully tested Business Model.

The Business Model is developed with Alex Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas.
Value Proposition and Value Creation are inspired to Eric Ries’ Lean Startup Methodology.
Customer development activities follow Steve Blank’s Customer Development Model.
The profit model inspires to John Mullins and Randy Komisar’s “Getting to Plan B.”
